Believe it or not not everybody lives for dark chocolate. When I have the option, I will usually go for the darkest chocolate possible but at the end of the day I am an all types of chocolate lover. Including white chocolate.
I have many friends that prefer white chocolate over just about any other variety. So this recipe is for them…
White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Bark
Around Christmas time it’s always fun to make and enjoy themed desserts. This White Chocolate Cranberry Bark is not covered with images of Santa Claus or his reindeer but it is red, green, and white. So there… Christmas colors.
I have incorporated 2 of the most delicious flavors to balance out the super sweetness of the white chocolate and those are the tartness of unsweetened dried cranberries and salted pistachios. If you love flavor depth in your desserts you are sure to love this really easy White Chocolate Cranberry Pistachio Bark.
